Liz Corwin is a former U.S. Navy F-18 fighter pilot and founder of Wild Ground, a refined sanctuary for unruly, soul-led women. After twenty years of military service, she transitioned from cockpit to classroom, teaching yoga first aboard an aircraft carrier and eventually around the world. Her work now integrates advanced embodiment, shadow exploration, and leadership cultivation — guiding women who are rewriting their story. Featured in The New York Times and Yoga Journal, Liz is known for her joyful presence, visceral storytelling, and ability to bridge structure with wildness in both life and work.
